1. I have forgotten my password to log into the account?

If you have forgotten your password, Just click "Forgot your password?" and you must enter your User Name field and click the "Submit" button. You will then receive your password in your mailbox within a few minutes.

 

2. I have forgotten my user name to log into the account?

If you have forgotten your user name, Just click "Forgot your User Name?" and you must enter your Email field and click the "Submit" button. You will then receive your user name in your mailbox within a few minutes.

 

3. I cannot log into my account and I am sure that I am using the correct password?
 

  • Be aware that the password is case sensitive.
  • If you have tried to log in with a wrong password 6 times, your account has been automatically locked.
  • Please send a mail to support@adicio.net to unlock your account. Note the email address has to be that of the owner or administrative contact.                                                                                                                                                                                                           

4. Where do I see the invoices of the domains I have registered?

Log into your account, and click on the My Invoices link. You may now view and print out a copy for your filling or references.

 

5. Why do I see my domain as undefined in my account?

If you have just submitted your domain, and it has not been approved.
